A key-operated mechanical time delay unit that controls access to hazardous machinery until a preset run-down or process time has elapsed.

How It Works
After the equipment is isolated, key A starts the timer. When the preset delay has elapsed, key B is released and can be used to unlock the access interlock. Restart remains prevented until key B is returned.
